To Initiate a Three-Party Conference:

Start the First Call: While on an active call with the first participant, press the Conf (Conference) soft key. The first caller will be placed on hold automatically.

Dial the Second Participant: Enter the extension or the full phone number of the second party you wish to add.

Connect the Second Party: Press the Send soft key. Wait for the second party to answer and, if desired, consult with them privately while the first party remains on hold.

Merge the Calls: Press the Conf soft key again. All three parties (you and the two callers) are now joined in the conference.
Managing the Conference Call

Mute the Conference: Press the MUTE key to prevent the other parties from hearing you. You will still be able to hear them.

Split the Call: If you need to speak to the participants individually again, press the Split soft key. This separates the conference back into two individual calls on hold.

End the Conference: Press the End Call soft key or hang up the handset to disconnect all parties simultaneously.
