How long does a course copy take?
My course copy is stuck in queue.
I submitted a course copy but have not received a confirmation email of completion.

Typically a course copy should only take a few minutes to complete. However, the time will increase with course size and other copies in queue.
A course copy stuck in the 'waiting' queue indicates an issue with the system. If it has been over 2 hours, notify our support team or your system administrator for investigation.
DO NOT attempt another course copy, duplicate course copies will result in duplicate content.
