Department heads are authorized to request guest logon accounts for the purpose of providing temporary, guest access to Classroom and Lab workstations for guest speakers, summer program groups, and other campus visitors who are not deemed eligible for or in need of a sponsored account.
- Users of Guest logon accounts do not have access to licensed accounts in Gmail, Zoom, or other applications.
- Guest logon accounts do not have VPN capability.
- Guest logon access is limited to our network of on-campus workstations in Classroom and Computer Laboratories.
