Each Cardinal Learn course is created with a storage threshold of 3 gigabytes (GB).
To help remain within this storage threshold, we recommend that instructors store large video files in Panopto and link to them from within a Blackboard course instead of storing the video files in Blackboard itself. This website article explains how to upload video to Panopto:

In those few cases where more than 3 GB of storage is required for a particular Blackboard course, the instructor may submit a request form by clicking the "Request More Space" button on this page.
