Course Availability

STUDENTS:

• New enrollment: Enrollments in Cardinal Students will synchronize with Cardinal Learn (Brightspace) within 12 hours
• Before semester: Your course has not been made available by the Instructor, please contact the Instructor for further information
• After/during semester: The instructor has changed the status of your course(s) to "unavailable", please contact the instructor for access to materials

INSTRUCTORS:

• Course is in Cardinal Students with an instructor assigned:
  • Go to the Cardinal Learn (Brightspace) course list settings to hide, unhide, or move courses around: Find your courses
  • Use the Course Search box above the course list to find your course
  • New courses will be created in Cardinal Learn within 12 hours once created in Cardinal Students with an instructor is assigned
• Course is in Cardinal Students with no instructor assigned:
  • Contact your department to assign instructors to the course in Cardinal Students
  • Courses will synchronize with Cardinal Learn within 12 hours
• Course has not been entered in Cardinal Students:
  • Contact your department to create the course in Cardinal Students and assign an instructor
  • Courses will synchronize with Cardinal Learn within 12 hours
