Two Factor Authentication

Catholic University uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) to enhance the security of its systems. With multi-factor authentication, you use two of three "factors" to log into a University system:

  1. something you know (like a password or PIN), and
  2. something you have (like a smartphone), or
  3. something you are (like your fingerprint or face).
