🔐 Signing into Zoom with Your CatholicU Account

To ensure you have access to all Zoom features available through your Catholic University license, it is essential that you sign in correctly.

For Faculty & Staff (Professional Zoom Licenses):

  • Visit zoom.us/signin

  • Select "Sign in with Google"

  • Use your @cua.edu email credentials
    ✅ This grants full access to Zoom’s features including:

    • No time limits on meetings

    • Cloud recording

    • Breakout rooms

    • Polling and more

For Students (Basic Zoom Licenses):

  • Students must also Sign in with Google using their @cua.edu account.

  • Features include:

    • Meetings up to 40 minutes

    • Up to 100 participants

    • Screen sharing and chat tools

🔔 Note: Students should not attempt to create or host meetings longer than 40 minutes unless they are using a Zoom Room or Faculty/Staff account.
