If you're experiencing issues with accessing your university Google Drive on a campus Windows computer, or it's not mapped to the G: drive, please follow these steps to resolve the problem:

Open the Start menu and launch "Google Drive for desktop". This application is pre-installed on all campus Windows computers by Technology Services.

Once prompted by Google, sign in with your Cardinal Credentials (Cardinal Mail email and password). Read and agree to the disclaimer by clicking the "Allow" button.

After signing in, introductory pages will appear. Navigate through them by clicking the "Next" right arrow.

Upon completion, you will be able to access your Google Drive files and folders using the computer’s G: drive.
