How do I request a Catholic University transcript?

Transcript Request Overview

Official transcripts are complete records of enrollment, including undergraduate, graduate, law, and professional courses.

  • Delivery: Electronic (default) or Paper (USPS First Class). FedEx express shipping is available for a fee.

  • Restrictions: Transcripts will not be released if there are outstanding financial obligations to the university.

  • In-Office Pick-up: Must be retrieved within 30 days or they will be destroyed.

Request Processes

For Current Students & Alumni (2000–Present)

Requests must be submitted through the university's internal portal.

  • Primary Method: Log in to Cardinal Students and select the Official Transcript Request option under the Academic Records tile.

  • Account Setup: A one-time setup with Parchment is required during the first request.

  • Login Issues: * To reset a forgotten password (with Student ID), use the Password Reset Tool.

For Alumni (Attended Prior to 2000)

Unofficial Transcripts

Only available to students who attended from 2000 to the present. These can be generated via the "View Unofficial Transcript" menu in Cardinal Students.
