Initiating a Three-Way Conference Call

The Yealink T31G allows you to merge calls to create a mini-conference directly from your handset. Follow these steps to host a three-way call:

1. Place the First Call: Dial the first party's number and wait for them to answer.

2. Initiate the Second Call: Press the Conf soft key (located on the screen). This will automatically place the first caller on hold.

3. Dial the Second Party: Enter the extension or phone number of the second person you wish to add and press the Send soft key or the OK button.

4. Merge the Calls: Once the second party answers and is ready to join, press the Conf soft key again. All three parties are now connected in the same conversation.

Managing the Conference

• Split the Conference: To separate the conference into two individual calls on hold, press the Split soft key.

• Mute Yourself: Press the MUTE key (microphone icon) to prevent other parties from hearing you while you can still hear them.

• End the Call: Hanging up the handset or pressing the End Call soft key will typically disconnect all parties.
