1. Call Handling & Schedules

Steps to Access Call Handling:

  1. Sign In: Access your Zoom web portal in a web browser. (Zoom.cua.edu)
  2. Phone Menu: In the navigation menu, click Phone.
  3. Settings Tab: Click the Settings tab at the top.
  4. Locate Call Handling: Scroll down to find the Call Handling section. 

Key Call Handling Features:

  • Business Hours: Click Edit to define when you want to receive calls (e.g., 9-5) vs. after-hours routing.
  • Call Handling Ring Mode: Set to Simultaneous (all devices ring together) or Sequential (devices ring in order).
  • Busy/Unanswered Calls: Choose what happens if you are on another call or do not answer (e.g., forward to voicemail, another extension, or external number).
  • Holiday Hours: Click Manage in the "Holiday List & Call Handling" section to set special routing for specific dates.
