How to Set Up Voicemail on my Zoom Phone

Checking voicemail should be easy. With Zoom phone it is easy, and fully customizable.

Sign in

1. Go to https://zoom.us/signin.

2. Sign in with your CUA Google account.  (Be sure to use the "with Google option)

 

Record or Upload a Custom Greeting

1. Next to Voicemail Greeting, click the “Audio” icon or “Manage”.

2. Choose Add Audio or Upload.

3. You can either:

   • Record directly: Use your computer microphone to record a new greeting.

   • Upload a file: Upload an existing MP3 or WAV file (up to 10MB).

Save Your Changes

• Once recorded or uploaded, click Save.

• Your new voicemail greeting will now play whenever callers reach your voicemail.
