Setting up Your Zoom Phone Voicemail Greeting (Web Portal)

1. Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal

1. Open a web browser and go to https://zoom.us/signin.

2. Sign in with your organizational credentials (always use Sign in with Google as your account requires it).

2. Navigate to Phone Settings

1. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Phone.

2. Select the Settings tab.

3. Locate Voicemail Greeting

1. Scroll down to the Call Handling section.

2. Look for When a call is not answered → Voicemail Greeting.

3. Click Edit (or Manage).

4. Choose How to Set the Greeting

You will have several options to personalize your voicemail greeting:

• Choose from Asset Library: Select a previously uploaded audio file.

• Upload: Upload an MP3 or WAV file with your custom greeting.

• Record by Computer: Use your computer microphone to record directly in the web portal.

• Default Greeting: Keep Zoom’s automated system greeting.

5. Save Your Greeting

1. Once you’ve uploaded, recorded, or selected a greeting, click Save.

2. Your new voicemail greeting will now play whenever a caller reaches your voicemail.

6. Test Your Greeting (Recommended)

• Call your Zoom Phone number from another phone.

• Let it roll to voicemail.

• Verify that your new greeting is playing correctly.
