How do I find my pin number for voicemail?

Sign in with Google at zoom.us.

Open Phone in the left navigation.

Go to Voicemail / Voicemail & Greeting / Settings to view or change your voicemail PIN.

If you don’t see Phone, contact Technology Services for Zoom Phone provisioning or PIN help.

1) Sign in to the Zoom web portal

1. Open a web browser and go to https://zoom.us/signin.

2. Sign in with Google using your CUA  credentials or your Zoom email and password. 

3. Complete any two-factor authentication (if prompted).

2) Open the Phone section

1. After signing in, look at the left-hand menu. Click Phone.

   • If you do not see Phone in the left menu, your Zoom account does not have Zoom Phone enabled. Skip to the “No Phone tab / account doesn’t include Zoom Phone” section below.

3) Find Voicemail / Voicemail Settings

1. Inside Phone, locate Voicemail or Phone System Management → Users & Rooms (depending on your account type).

2. Click Voicemail or your user profile within Phone to open voicemail settings and messages.

3. Look for a section labeled Voicemail PIN, PIN, or Voicemail & Greeting → PIN. This is where the current PIN is displayed or where you can set/change it.

Note: For security, some setups will not display the current PIN in plain text. Instead you’ll be given the option to set or reset the PIN.

4) Change or reset your voicemail PIN

1. If there is an Edit or Change PIN button, click it.

2. Enter a new PIN (follow any on-screen rules — e.g., minimum digits).

3. Save or confirm the change.

4. Test by calling your extension and using the PIN when prompted, or by playing a voicemail from the web portal.
