Your Cardinal ID number is located on the front of your Cardinal Card.
Your Cardinal username is the portion of your Cardinal Mail email address that appears before the "@", e.g., it is LINCOLNAB for lincolnab@cua.edu.
If you have forgotten your Cardinal ID or Cardinal username, you can call Technology Support and we will verify your identity while on the phone and give you the information. If you are a student, you can also contact Enrollment Services.
